Política y Objetivos de Gestión para la Sostenibilidad Turística

VIAJES VISOL S.A.S. es una empresa gestora de turismo sostenible, comprometida con el continuo mejoramiento en los procesos, encaminada a la consecución del turismo solidario y responsable, en el cual el respeto hacia las comunidades y lugares que visitan nuestros viajeros sea la base fundamental, promoviendo de esta manera un intercambio cultural y ambiental positivo. 

Igualmente trabajamos permanentemente en la competencia integral de nuestro talento humano y la infraestructura física y tecnológica. Esto nos permite otorgar siempre el mejor servicio a nuestros clientes, velando por la seguridad y salud en el trabajo de nuestros colaboradores y las partes interesadas. Nos encontramos regidos por la legislación colombiana y todas nuestras acciones se encuentran soportadas dentro del marco legal.

Se han   establecido los siguientes objetivos, para dar respuesta a la política:

• Controlar los impactos que nuestra actividad tiene en los aspectos ambientales, socioculturales y económicos, disminuyendo en lo posible los consumos de agua, energía y papel en la ejecución de nuestras actividades.
• Promover la importancia de la conservación y aprovechamiento de manera adecuada de la riqueza natural y cultural con la que se cuenta en nuestro país y los destinos visitados por los clientes.
•  Defender y proteger a los niños, niñas y adolescentes de la explotación laboral, sexual y la prostitución, para lo cual denunciaremos cualquier actividad ilegal que conozcamos, y educaremos a nuestros colaboradores y clientes respecto a este tema.
•  Lograr la satisfacción de los clientes con los productos y servicio ofrecido.
•  Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas legales vigentes que regulan nuestra actividad.
•  Desarrollar profesionalmente los colaboradores mediante capacitaciones y entrenamiento permanente, de manera que nos permita el mejoramiento continuo.
•  Seleccionar y mantener relación comercial con proveedores comprometidos.
•  Cumplir con los mantenimientos programados a los equipos e instalaciones, garantizando el estado óptimo para la operación.

VIAJES VISOL S. A. S. , it is a managing company  of sustainable tourism, committed with the continuous improvement in the processes, directed to the attainment of the united and responsible tourism, in which respecting towards communities and places which our travelers visit is the fundamental base, promoting in this way a positive, cultural and environmental exchange. 

The same way we are employed permanently at the integral competition of our human talent and the physical and technological infrastructure. This always allows us to grant the best service to our customers, looking over the safety and health in the work of our collaborators and the interested parts. We are controlled by the Colombian legislation and all our actions are supported in accordance with the legal frame. 

The following targets have been established to give an answer to these policies: 

• To Control the impacts that our activity has in the environmental, social-cultural and economic aspects, diminishing the water consumption as much as we can, as well as electricity consumption in the execution of our activities.
•  To Promote the importance of the conservation and use, in a suitable way, of the natural and cultural wealth which is available in our country and the destinations visited by the travelers.
•  To Keep away and to protect children, girls and teenagers from labor, sexual abuse and prostitution, for which we will denounce any illegal activity we detect, and will educate our collaborators and customers regarding this topic.
•  To Achieve the satisfaction of the customers with the products and service offered.
•  To Assure the fulfillment of the current legal norms that regulate our activity.
